From the first call to the day you fly home, here is the plan we follow. Five stages, in order, so you always know what comes next and who is with you.

The first conversation
We start with a video call. You tell us your goals, and we give you an honest read on what is realistic for you. If something is not a good fit, we will say so before you spend a dollar.

A written plan
You receive a plan in writing. It names the procedure, the dates, and the price up front. Nothing moves forward until you have read it and your questions are answered.
- 03
Arrival and rest
We meet you at the airport in Medellin and take you to a quiet apartment to settle in. The first day is for resting and adjusting, not for rushing into anything.

The procedure
Your procedure takes place at an accredited clinic with the surgeon and their team. We coordinate the timing and logistics so the only thing you need to focus on is the day itself.

Recovery and follow-up
We check in with you daily during recovery, and the surgeon sees you for follow-up visits. You do not fly home until the surgeon gives you clearance to travel.
